We offer three types of service depending on your requirements;

1. Standard Service

Repaired within two to four days of receiving equipment*

2. Same Day Service

Repaired within 24 hours*1

3. Emergency Service

For urgent repairs whereby we start work immediately upon receiving the equipment and aim to finish work within 4 hours* #

Good to Know

Depending on our workload common fault type jobs are repaired same day at the standard service rate.

Service Booking FAQ

Q. Why do you offer three levels of service? Why cant you just fix everything same day?
A. Job types and job levels fluctuate daily. Some jobs require more time than others and some jobs – due to their nature – cant be done in an instant. We work on the FIFO principal, which means first in, first out. Additionally, we may need to order parts. If you need your job done quickly that means we have allocate more resources and switch jobs around to accommodate your request.

Q. Where can I drop off equipment?
A. Equipment can be picked up and dropped off at your locations. We will book the equipment in when I arrive and issue you with a reference number.

Q. What do I need to supply?
A. Any equipment you suspect to be faulty. If you require application software to be reinstalled you will need to provide the original disks to us at the time of booking. We also require notebook power adapters.

Q. What shouldn’t I supply?
A. Power Cable, telephone cables. (Unless asked)

Q. Do you provide a warranty for service?
A. Yes we guarantee our work for 30 Days* with the exception of jobs that we can’t warrant.

Q. I don’t have my original Windows CD and I need Windows reinstalled. What can I do?
A. If you have the product ID sticker stuck to your box we do not require the CD. If not, you may need to purchase a new copy.

Q. I don’t have my original Support CD that came with computer. Can you still fix it?
A. Yes. We have access to 95% of software drivers contained on the support CD.

*Subject to parts and resource availability. Customers should note that if parts are required we will are subject to the original manufactures spare parts availability. Customers should also be advised that major manufactures don’t always carry or have stock of every part and consequently some parts can take up to 4 weeks to procure.  # This service is not always available or achievable in some circumstances due to the nature of some problems and actual time required to perform the repair. OUR NORMAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ALSO APPLY.
